The compilation of all content on Doggy Tracks is the exclusive property of Doggy Tracks and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Doggy Tracks grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and make personal use of Doggy Tracks. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of Doggy Tracks or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of Doggy Tracks or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

Doggy Tracks reserves the right to terminate this license at any time. You may not use Doggy Tracks or any of its contents for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of Doggy Tracks.

You agree not to use Doggy Tracks for any purpose

that is competitive to Doggy Tracks.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Doggy Tracks, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, and agents from any and all third party claims, liability, damages, and/or costs (including, but not limited to, attorney's fees) arising from your use of Doggy Tracks, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement, or the infringement or use by any other user of your account, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.

Doggy Tracks makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of Doggy Tracks or the information, content, materials, or products included on Doggy Tracks. To the full extent permissible by applicable law, Doggy Tracks disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Doggy Tracks will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of Doggy Tracks, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

Doggy Tracks reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Any changes to these Terms will be effective immediately upon the posting of the revised Terms on Doggy Tracks. Your use of Doggy Tracks following the posting of any changes to these Terms will constitute your acceptance of those changes.

These Terms and your use of Doggy Tracks will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of Doggy Tracks shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration
